Wasp is amazing! I’ve never been to a friendlier or more trustworthy auto shop. They were genuinely kind and responsive in every communication—before, during, and after my visit. The whole place had such good vibes: everyone I met was pleasant, upbeat, and seemed genuinely happy to be there. I got to meet the owner, Steve, along with my car’s new bff Pablo, who went above and beyond during what was scheduled as a simple service visit. He affixed my front license plate, cleaned the inside of my windshield (!), let me tag along on the test drive, and even brought me into the shop to see my car’s underside once it was up in the air. How did he know I would absolutely love that? Little things mattered too: the waiting area was comfortable, clean, sunny, and quiet, with a thoughtfully planned garden out front. Rates were refreshingly reasonable—and not one cent over the estimate. It was such an exceptional experience, one that gave me real confidence and peace of mind that my car is in good hands. Three cheers for Wasp Automotive!

WASP is amazing! I have gone to them for several years! I would not go anyplace else! I was having trouble with my car not starting even with a new battery and alternator. They did a thorough diagnostic and everything was ok. My problem is that I don’t drive. My car very much. Theyaregreatto work with and they could not have been nicer and more helpful in trying to diagnose the problem.

They fixed the AC in my Nissan when two other shops could not(one of which charged us $400 to not fix it). All the people I interacted with were professional and exceptionally pleasant. The garage itself is spotless, and the storefront is attractive, with all these nice plants. They have a No Upsale policy; so they're not going try to make you spend more money than you need to. I liked the way they emailed a detailed invoiceI that you could pay easily online. I highly recommend Wasp Automotive.

Had my 2002 Honda Accord in for a timing belt replacement and oil change and battery cable cleanup. It seems Wasp has changed ownership sometime since the last time I was there, with a different vibe and new people. I was prepared to be disappointed, but was happy with the service. The check-in process was easy, and I liked my mechanic Galen. He was very straightforward with me, which I appreciated, and he did good work. I had to leave my car there for a week, which was less than ideal but manageable. I was able to do an off-hours pickup of my car when the repairs were finished, which was pretty easy. I will probably take my car there again.

I had a great experience with Galen at Wasp Automotive. He took the time to explain exactly what he thought was going on with my 2000 Honda Accord EX V6. Galen gave clear, honest recommendations without any pressure. I followed everything he suggested, and not long after, my check engine light turned off on its own — that speaks volumes about the accuracy of his diagnosis. Galen is knowledgeable, trustworthy, and genuinely cares about helping his customers. If you’re looking for someone who knows what they’re doing and won’t steer you wrong, I highly recommend him. Definitely a 5-star experience!
